Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations when purchasing bespoke and printed products from School Fundraising Limited, trading as SF Print (“we”, “us”, “our”) via sfprint.co.uk (the “Website”).
1. Bespoke / Printed Items
All products sold by SF Print are bespoke and personalised printing items. Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel an order within 14 days (as described in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods. This means that once your order is confirmed and your files are uploaded for printing, you cannot cancel the order or request a refund simply because you changed your mind.
2. Errors in Printing or Defective Products
We take care to ensure all orders are printed accurately and to a high standard. However, if there is a mistake caused by us or a defect in your printed product, you are entitled to a remedy.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
- We may request photos or evidence of the error or defect.
- If we confirm that the mistake or defect was our responsibility, we will offer either:
- A free reprint of the affected item(s)
- A full refund for the affected item(s)
- We do not accept claims for errors in files that were uploaded incorrectly by you, the customer.
3. Faulty Products
If a product is faulty due to manufacturing defects unrelated to your uploaded content, you may:
- Request a replacement item
- Request a refund
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may be unable to offer a remedy.

- Order number
- Description of the issue

5. Refunds
If a refund is agreed, it will be issued using the original payment method via Square. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly printed. If a reprint or replacement is required due to our error, we will cover the delivery costs.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our Website with the “Last updated” date.
