Printed promotional towels are produced using a high-quality dye-sublimation printing process that delivers vibrant, durable, and professional results. This method is ideal for promotional merchandise, corporate branding, events, hospitality, gyms, sports clubs, and leisure centres.

The process begins by printing custom logos, branding, or artwork onto specialist sublimation transfer paper using high-quality sublimation inks. The image is printed in reverse to ensure correct positioning when transferred onto the towel.

The printed transfer paper is carefully aligned with the polyester towel and passed through a rotary heat press. Consistent heat and pressure, typically between 190–205°C, cause the ink to sublimate into a gas and permanently bond with the polyester fibres, embedding the design directly into the fabric.

Once cooled, the transfer paper is removed, revealing a sharp, vibrant, and long-lasting print that will not crack, peel, or fade under normal use and washing.
