These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website sfprint.co.uk (“Website”) and your purchase of printing services from School Fundraising Limited, trading as SF Print (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse any order at our discretion.
  • When you submit an order, you warrant that the files and content you upload are your own or that you have permission to use them.
  • We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. A contract is formed only when we send this confirmation.

3. Uploading Files

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded files, but you grant us the right to use them for printing purposes.
  • Files must be free from viruses, malware, or illegal content.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print files that are illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Files may be retained on our secure servers (hosted by EUKHost) for 30 days for reprints or quality assurance, after which they will be deleted.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order via Square. We do not store your full card details.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.
  • Delivery costs will be added at checkout and are your responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

  • If a printing error occurs due to our fault, we will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
  • We cannot accept returns for bespoke or personalised printing unless there is a defect.
  • Claims must be made within 5 working days of receiving your order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors.
  • You retain rights to your uploaded content, but grant us a limited licence to print and fulfil your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  • Our maximum liability for any defective products or errors is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.
  • We are not responsible for files that you upload that infringe third-party rights.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Cookies

We use cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on the Website with the “Last updated” date.
